Terms & Conditions
1. Custom & Made-to-Order Products
All carbon/forged carbon kits, custom parts, and made-to-order items are non-refundable once production has started. By placing an order, you acknowledge that:
• Production begins shortly after payment is received.
• Materials and labour costs are committed to your specific order.
• Chargebacks or cancellations after production has started will not be accepted.
2. Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided production has not begun. After this time, cancellations are no longer possible due to the custom nature of our products.
3. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first is considered a violation of our terms. If you have any concerns about your order, please reach out to our team directly at Sales@cwperf.co.uk before involving your bank.
We reserve the right to submit full evidence of the order, communications, and production status to your card provider in the event of a chargeback.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but may vary depending on production time and shipping location. All orders are tracked and insured.
5. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the bespoke nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or not as described, returns are accepted for 14 days.
